One of the most important criteria for using laboratory services for concentration plants is the delivery of the results in time. Purpose of usage of the results (e.g. process control, analyzing the end product or trade- or umpire analysis) is affecting to used analysis method, but turn-around-time and quality requirements can diverge from use of the results and thus affect to selected method.

Selecting the fit-for-purpose analysis method can be difficult depending on the need. Knowledge on main components and gangue elements are often needed together with the content of precious metals, so there can be several different analyses needed to gather the valuable information.

Eurofins Mineral Testing Finland is accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025 by FINAS (Finnish accreditation service), testing laboratory T025.
