The laboratory sample reception is open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Note! You may leave the samples in the designated area of the reception room (behind the lifting door). Always ensure that the samples are accompanied by a sample referral form that includes the necessary contact information, sample names, and analysis requests.
If you need assistance when bringing in samples:
Customer service at the reception is open on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
