VTT news: The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority to delay the decision on acquisition of VTT Expert Services by three months

The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority is proceeding to a second phase in the investigation of the acquisition of VTT Expert Services Ltd and Labtium Oy. The second phase of the investigation lasts three months, and the implementation of the acquisition may be delayed until the end of May.

VTT agreed on the sale of VTT Expert Services Ltd and Labtium Oy to Eurofins Scientific Group on 15 December 2017. The transaction is subject to the approval of the FCCA.
